New identities
A new build steel frame, metal clad retail unit enclosing 2000 sq.ft. The scheme was developed to create a new brand image for the store. The final proposal used the centrepiece of a tilted cube to form the new entrance & for an integral lighting scheme to enhance the night view.
Maximising high impact locations
We were commissioned to design a new flagship Volkswagen Dealership on the A41, Bromborough, one of highest traffic volume A-roads in the UK. The building is due for completion in late 2007 and will stand at the Pool Lane gateway of Wirral’s International Business Park.
Adding use & value
Following a successful bid for Heritage lottery funding the new centre was opened by the Port Sunlight Village Trust in Autumn 2006.

Adding new dynamics
The scheme included the redevelopment of a 9 Acre site on the edge of the Manchester Ship Canal. The complete scheme comprised over 100,000 sq.ft. of speculatively built light industry and office units of varying size.
