We were commissioned to design a new flagship Volkswagen Dealership on the A41, Bromborough, one of highest traffic volume A-roads in the UK. The was competed in 2008 and will stand at the Pool Lane gateway of Wirral’s International Business Park.

The scheme included the redevelopment of a 9 Acre site on the edge of the Manchester Ship Canal. The complete scheme comprised over 100,000 sq.ft. of speculatively built light industry and office units of varying size.
