Eco-homes excellence
As part of an HMRI submission we used a flexible design solution for new-build and infill homes to achieve an Eco-homes excellent rating.
Design needed to provide for a fully-integrated solution, covering techniques/processes, sustainable supply chain, life cycle sustainability, and considerations of energy consumption and waste reduction.

Green keynotes
This project was conceived to provide supported accommodation for family units. The design included a protected court, having a glazed ‘cloister’ to three sides, to enable family members to maintain continuing visual contact. Vibrant new uses
Working with Miller Homes, we developed a Masterplan for the re-use of an 18 acre hospital site to form 360 residential dwellings.
The scheme included 329 new homes in a mix of townhouses, mews and apartments, together with a further 30 dwellings from the refurbishment of an existing listed hospital building.
