Work has completed for the 2 storey extension to Age Concern’s Wirral office and day care facility. Principal funding was secured by Wirral Primary Care Trust for a specialist ‘Early onset Dementia’ unit plus additional offices, meeting and conference facilities, as well as the upgrading of the existing facility and external landscape works.
