This 52 Very Sheltered retirement, apartment complex sits within the Chester Conservation Area. Our design and contextual use of materials reflects the character established by the nearby Chester “Rows”.

This project involved the retention of the original Grade II Listed Hotel frontage, demolition of a large 1960s extension and the construction of 53 Very Sheltered retirement apartments for sale, within a Conservation Area.
