PJP have been working with Inchcape, Chapelgate & UML for over 3 years to secure the development of a gateway site to the Wirral International Business Park.
The scheme is now fast moving forward to completion, late ’07, as a flagship VW dealership on what is one of the UK’s busiest A-roads.
Designs for the site required extensive planning consultation to respond sensitively to an integral Saxon Manor House site & pond, whilst maximising the retail capacity for the new dealership.
