Changing townscapes
Europa House provided for a landmark building at the centre of the regenerated Conway Park area of Birkenhead Town Centre. The brief was to develop a flexible multi-let plan capable of easy sub-division into 1500, 3000 or 4500 sq.ft. independent offices.
The external appearance was developed through a lengthy planning consultation and affords a highly articulated red brick façade to reflect the character of the adjacent ‘listed’ Conway Street high school.
A building of effective usage and high local esteem.
