Pathways for business
Forming part of a competition bid for the redevelopment of the Wirral Pierhead, we proposed a series of low rise sub-lettable office units arranged around a central
plaza which formed the principal pedestrian thoroughfare to wider regeneration
proposals.
The inner elevations fronting the plaza were to be finished in white render to promote reflection of light and create a pleasant environment for circulation dwelling, seating and views across the waterfront.
