Our approach to community based schemes is to engage the core group, end user and local community on all aspects of the scheme development process. When residents/users are consulted throughout the process and a real dialogue is established, the result will be a well received building that generates a strong sense of pride, identity and ownership.
We recognise that local residents have a tremendous stake in the success of regeneration schemes and that their involvement is essential through the life of the project.
