Winning with a complex project
We were appointed by Merseyside Probation Service to rationalise and group six Wirral Probation offices into one central office facility that would assist the function and efficiency of service provision.
Careful planning of office facilities and publicly accessible space was critical to maintaining a balance of client privacy, confidentiality and safety.
The built design was the result of close design team co-ordination to value engineer client’s requirements and expectations within tight budgetary constraints.
Design features include a glazed central atrium providing good levels of natural light throughout the open office areas and the provision of natural cross ventilation.
