As architects we have developed extensive working relationships with commercial developers, volume private house builders, key property stakeholders and public sector developers across the North.
The design briefs are diverse, generate their own challenges and objectives & cover a wide range of project types.
Experienced at working in a team environment, we appreciate fully the financial implications of time, resources, materials and deliverability. This encourages effective synergy with partner organisations whether a project is for city-living developments, or family housing.
Work in the residential sector has earned design awards, including the ‘Guardian House Builder’s Award’ for design excellence and nomination for a Liverpool City Centre award in Spring ‘07.
