Completed in September 2009, the development comprises of 21 apartments for the Port Sunlight Village Trust on a former industrial site. The scheme stands amongst some fine Grade II Listed accommodation and was developed following much consultation with English Heritage and the Local Planning Department with an empathy and a duty of care to the heritage of the village.
The scheme is the first in Port Sunlight to introduce sustainable products in its construction such as whole house heating and ventilation (MVHR).
