A 60 bedroom Travelodge in Bromborough was completed in December 2009, adding to it’s portfolio of budget hotels. The Travelodge is adjacent to a scheduled ancient monument and just off the A41 trunk road and incorporates a bespoke timber frame system clad in brickwork and rendered blockwork. The extensive paving installed at the Travelodge in Bromborough is one of the first major projects in the area to use Tobermore’s pioneering Hydropave permeable paving system which is designed to help control flooding problems. This unique solution was presented to Travelodge by project Architect Richar Hattersley.
