Over this period we have built, extended, converted, improved & refurbished numerous Care Homes (Nursing & Residential), and built independent, self contained Sheltered and Very Sheltered apartment complexes, for both the private and public sectors.
We have extensive knowledge of the standards required by the Care Commission and of providing innovative design solutions to meet them.
The design and layout of accommodation for the elderly can greatly enhance their quality of life. Each development will have its own special features dependant upon the needs of the residents it is designed to serve.
