Our clients bought Beeslack House, a 19th Century sandstone Manor House, and Listed Grade B, as a boarded up shell. The building was fully restored, with substantial Historic Scotland grant aid, and converted to create a Nursing Home for the Elderly. The second phase of development was the construction of a 36 bed Residential Home for the Elderly, within the original walled garden. We have recently obtained Planning and Listed Building consents to further extend this home.
