Following much community engagement and needs appraisal, Paddock Johnson Partnership undertook a Design & Build Contact to create a development of ‘Lifetime Homes’, which included 6 Houses & 2 Apartments . The scheme was specifically designed to exceed the minimum lifetime home standards whilst achieving a CFSH rating of 4.
