Sustainability based on flexibility
The scheme was designed alongside Wirral Methodist Housing Partnership to create a fully inclusive environment based around a sheltered central courtyard and incorporating low impact materials.
Whilst being DDA compliant, the scheme responds to the need for major future flexibility and has a plan form that can be converted easily to housing for the elderly, for sheltered accommodation, or for use as family homes or starter units for young persons.
