We have recent lead involvement in various pathways and HMRI Masterplanning schemes where it has been imperative to integrate new into old and to break up the existing fabric of well established, historical residential areas.
Schemes have been successful because of our understanding of the importance of community consultation, of including all stakeholders in the design and planning stages and in creating proposals that are firmly rooted in the area.
