Urban reality – working at the edge
As part of the HMRI lead developer selection process we were commissioned by Miller Homes to respond to the Masterplanning/Architecture and design component of the design brief.
The area was defined by an historical linear street with a predominance of 19th century terraced homes as backdrop.
The Masterplan capitalised on all possible intrinsic site assets, whilst providing a vigorous and direct response to a failing local housing market with innovative urban design solutions.
