Vibrant new uses
Working with Miller Homes, we developed a Masterplan for the re-use of an 18 acre hospital site to form 360 residential dwellings.
The scheme included 329 new homes in a mix of townhouses, mews and apartments, together with a further 30 dwellings from the refurbishment of an existing listed hospital building.
The scheme incorporated a variety of standard house types, together with a number of distinctive bespoke designs to soften the severe topography and setting of the site.
